DIRECTIONS
Scratch the surface carefully using the abrasive scuffer. Clean the surface and apply a self-adhesive patch directly onto the damage. Rub with a smooth, hard object to ensure best adhesion and least air under the patch.

Although not winter yet I suffer with diabetic neuropathy and get cold feet after wild swimming. I put on wool socks and fleece lined trousers to keep the temperature up .Now the boots have just topped that off . Just helps keep the warmth and temperature constant in my feet helping the circulation and neuropathy pain after the swim.
