You will only be able to exercise the right to return purchases if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered unworn, undamaged and with all original labels attached as originally supplied and returned to us within 14 working days from the date of your order.
How do I return an item I ordered online?
If you wish to return an item, please return it, in it's original package to the address shown on the above. Please leave a note attached to the package describing why you have returned it, and the order number of the package.
When do I get my refund once I've returned an item?
The refund will be credited to the payment card account and you should be notified by email once the refund transaction has been completed. We will endeavour in all circumstances to refund your card within 24 hours of receipt of returned goods. It will take a further 3 working days to clear through the banking system.
Refunding the Delivery Charge
If we have made a mistake on an item sent to you or it is faulty or damaged we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive that item and also the postage charges incurred by you sending the goods back.
