The ultimate lightweight running cap with UPF50 sun protection and enhanced airflow for hot days on the trails or in the city in summer. Ventilated panels and laser-cut holes allow air to pass through the cap, keeping you cool during high-intensity activities. Weighing just 35g and with a minimalist elastic closure and lateral fastening, the Pack Speed Cap has a barely-there feel and can be comfortably worn backwards too. Reflective elements improve visibility for night runs and when you’re done, simply pack it into your pocket. Made in Barcelona using 86% recycled content.

Although not winter yet I suffer with diabetic neuropathy and get cold feet after wild swimming. I put on wool socks and fleece lined trousers to keep the temperature up .Now the boots have just topped that off . Just helps keep the warmth and temperature constant in my feet helping the circulation and neuropathy pain after the swim.
